Training is a 3 step process:
Step One: Complete this Homework to prepare for Zoom Training.
Step Two: Register OnLine for a Zoom Training.
Step Three: Follow-up after your Zoom Training.
During Covid-19 restrictions, we learned to Train Sponsor Couple ® ministry teams on Zoom.
Today couples participate in Zoom training or face-to-face training after completing the required HOMEWORK in their personal workbooks. Doing this HOMEWORK makes it possible for couples to complete their Sponsor Couple Training in 2 hours or less. This makes it easy to schedule Sponsor Couple Training at a time that can work for everyone.
We can easily set up additional Zoom meetings before and after the Zoom training for leaders and staff to address questions they may have about setting up the Sponsor Couple ® program in the parish.
