ZOOM replaces face-to-face Training

Training is a 3 step process:
Step One: Complete this Homework to prepare for Zoom Training.
Step Two: Register OnLine for a Zoom Training.
Step Three: Follow-up after your Zoom Training.
During covid-19 restrictions, we learned to Train Sponsor Couple ® ministry teams on Zoom.
Because couples participate in Zoom training after completing the necessary HOMEWORK, the Zoom trainings are 2 hours or less. This makes it easy to schedule a Training session at a time that can work for everyone (even when folks are in different time zones).
We can easily set up additional Zoom meetings before and after the Zoom training for leaders and staff to address questions they may have about setting up the Sponsor Couple ® program in the parish.
