How to get married in the Catholic Church

Step 1 - Make sure that both of you are "free to marry" in the Catholic Church.  [See information on this website].  

Step 2 - Schedule the church & date where you want to be married. 

Step 3 - Then, contact a priest or deacon you want to officiate at your wedding.

Step 4 - Then, meet with the priest or deacon, to go over the documents you need to provide & select the marriage preparation program(s) you will make use of.
