FEELINGS....learning to share them.

Identifying my FEELINGS (emotions) and learning to share then in DIALOGUE with my partner is a critical first step in helping us improve our communication skills so they will help us talk about topics that are difficult to talk about with one another.

When I begin my HOMEWORK for Chaper 9, it is useful to read again page 74, Skill #1 - Sharing is the opposite of mind reading.
